Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. If your order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
After an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but we will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid return label for any items eligible for return.
