! A shipping method has not been selected
! The billing address zip code has more or less than 5 digits
! The billing address does not match the address associated with the debit/credit card being used
! An international card with a foreign billing address is being used
! An Apple card, Amazon card, or non-Co-op gift card is being used (Note: University Co-op gift card codes will be entered into the field under "Apply a Gift Certificate")
