We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order. Please start by checking with your neighbors or anyone else residing at your address that may have received your package. This is not uncommon and we hope you are able to locate your package through these means. If you are in an apartment complex or community center, please check with the front desk or receiving office to see if they have your package. It is also possible that the carrier has scanned your package as delivered prior to physically delivering the package to your address.
If you have tried all of the above and 5 business days have passed since the "delivered" date for your tracking number, please reach out to us at weborder@universitycoop.com. We will begin the claims process and resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.
