If my Item is on backorder, will I be charged shipping twice?
You will only be charged one shipping fee per order
Do you require a signature?
Packages are not shipped with a signature required; however, your local UPS driver may require a signature.
Do you deliver to dorms on campus?
You can choose UPS Ground and have your order shipped to your dorm address.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally; we only offer shipping within the U.S.
Do you provide APO, FPO & DPO shipping?

My items arrived broken, what should I do?
Email us at weborder@universitycoop.com with pictures of your damaged items and we will proceed from there. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will need to make it right quickly!
