What do I need to bring to the store to make my purchases?
Please bring a photo ID to shop in store. You can check out at any register, but let the cashier know that you’re a University Co-op Scholarship student who would like to use your scholarship. We will ask you for your UT EID at the register to find your account.
Can I use my Co-op Course Material Scholarship online?
Yes! You may use your scholarship funds to purchase eligible items online.
If your order total exceeds your scholarship balance, you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
Please note – only add course material items to your order. If you’d like to purchase some additional Longhorn gear, place a separate order on universitycoop.com and choose credit card payment during checkout.
How can I use my University Co-op Scholarship Credit on Longhorn Textbook Access (LTA) materials?
If you are a University Co-op Scholarship student and wish you use your textbook credit on Longhorn Textbook Access items, the cost for the course materials will be deducted from your University Co-op Scholarship account balance after the 12th class day.
If you don’t have enough funds in your University Co-op Scholarship account to cover the cost of your Longhorn Textbook Access course materials, the difference will show up on your “What I Owe” page and you will need to pay that by the 20th class day to retain access to your Longhorn Textbook Access course materials.
